Third Photoshoot: Back to the original site

In this photoshoot I went back to the site to take photos in the day time, and see what effect that would create. I definately found that I had better control of the camera on aperture priority mode because of the amount of light in the space. I also found that the daylight really brought out the texture of the concrete stairs and revealed more grey tones and subtle shadows ass a pose to the sharp shadows and more yellow tones created in the artificial light at night time . I really love that in these photos, and find it really adds a more three dimensional quality to them, therefore it changed my mind about shooting the space at night. I think though that I would like to look at other stairwells and see what qualities they will have, sticking to the formal perpendicular photography and and the enclosed space. I think it is important to try other sites as there is a risk that a series based around this one site could become quite repetitive.
